I am the President and General Agent at United Wealth Advisors Group, where my primary responsibilities are to support our independent advisors in achieving their growth and legacy objectives. With over 38 years of experience in the financial services industry, my career has included roles at Ameritas Life Insurance Company, Union Central Life Insurance Company, and KPMG. Along the way, I have earned the CPA® and FLMI® designations, and I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
Throughout my career, I've served on various boards, including The American College, MDRT Foundation, and the Dan Beard Council of the Boy Scouts of America. In my free time, I enjoy engaging with people, golfing, and singing in the choir. My greatest joy comes from making a positive impact in people's lives and taking pride in my family's development, particularly my grandchildren. I am passionate about fostering growth and fulfillment, both personally and professionally, and I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the lives of those around me.
What truly motivates me is helping others be their best selves and making a significant difference in the lives of both our customers and advisors. It brings me immense joy to assist others in growing, fulfilling their dreams, and enjoying life. My approach is to seek first to understand, maintaining a positive outlook on the challenges we all face in our lives and careers. I measure success by how those around me can improve and effectively accomplish their dreams.
Currently, I live in Cincinnati, Ohio, with my wife, Cindy. Together, we have three wonderful children – Andy, Jenny, and Jeffrey – and five cherished grandchildren. My involvement as an Executive Fellow and Advisory Board member at the Lindner Center for Insurance and Risk Management allows me to engage with college students and industry partners about the present and future of the financial services industry. I am also actively engaged with my church community through the choir and the Men's Club.
